But if something is important, no amount of annoyance is an excuse to let it stop working! Also true for everything else in life. Favorite Games: Portal, "Primeval Deity Effects", The Henry Stickmin Collection, Bloons TD 6 (I'm not allowed to mention the name of the second one due to an inside joke, but feel free to guess it in the comments!)

	Serena Alamina Orchestra Manager	orchestra.manager@umd.gamersymphony.org	Just hanging on to the little time I have left at UMD while also doing my best to make the most of it :D Outside of GSO and cello land I play piano n’ sax, and I love gaming (wow shocking!), spinning guard equipment, hibernating at the Clarice (genuinely, why do I live there if I’m in infosci???), and countless other things. My favorite game right now is honkai star rail, the lore just hits every time!!

	Oscar Krug Orchestra Conductor	orchestra.conductor@umd.gamersymphony.org	Along with GSO, I play Horn in the UBand and Tenor Sax in the Pep Band! I am currently learning lots of instruments and am enjoying the journey immensely. Attempting to get into some of the games I couldn't when I was younger - Pokemon and the OG Mario games, if I have the time. Reach out for any questions with arranging, music, or biking.
	Robert Morris Orchestra Conductor	orchestra.conductor@umd.gamersymphony.org	Robert has been involved with the GSO since Fall 2022 where he originally played in the French Horn section. He is a PhD student in the Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering department, where his research focuses on developing sprayable polymers for surgical applications. Elsewhere on campus, he's the President for the Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Graduate Student Association. Favorite games include the Legend of Zelda series, Stardew Valley, the Civilization series, and Elden Ring.
	Neel Sanghvi Choral Director	choral.conductor@umd.gamersymphony.org	Been with the orchestra for an ungodly amount of semesters and have enjoyed literally every second of it. It is even more satisfying than logging over 1000 hours in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Science may be my lifeblood, but this video game music and community are what fill me with pride and purpose.

Outside of GSO, you'll find me around the Entomology department studying the genetic basis of host preference in mosquitoes. Or on my couch playing another 1000 hours of Animal Crossing.

	Archita Naik Officer-at-Large	officer.at.large@umd.gamersymphony.org	Hey y'all, I'm from the Soprano section and love singing super fun music in GSO! In my spare time, I like watching bad comedy movies and playing 6-board bingo on Roblox with my friends.

The GSO picks a new officer board each April from within the group's active membership; webmasters, PR directors, tech directors, and all conductors are appointed after the other positions are filled through elections among all undergraduates in the ensemble. The officer board meets weekly for the hour before rehearsal during the school year and meets occasionally during the summer and winter breaks.
